My classes are tailored to each client's ability and involve full-body, challenging movements. I like to teach high energy, fast-paced classes to keep you moving the entire time. We will focus on stretching in the last 5 minutes of your 55-minute session.

*Classes are modified as needed for injury/ailments/pregnancy (as long as you've received clearance from your doctor). Please let me know ahead of time so that we can properly prepare together!
Pricing
All classes are taught at my studio in Bloomfield Hills and are tailored to each client's specific needs.
Hours: Mon - Fri, 9:30am - 4pm

Private: $65 for a 55-minute session

Duet: $90 ($45 a person) for a 55-minute session

What type of equipment do you have?
I have two Reformers (for duets), two Reformer Jumpboards, Springboard, weights, resistance bands, exercise balls, yoga blocks, etc.

What should I wear?
Form-fitting clothing allows me to better assess your body positioning, however, whatever you feel comfortable moving and sweating in is best! Grip socks or barefoot.

What training do you have?
I am a certified Pilates Instructor, including Mat, Reformer, Springboard, Trapeze, Cadillac, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector and Magic Circle. I am trained in both Contemporary and Classical Pilates, as well as the Lagree Fitness Method.
